📋 Description

• Lead market operations and drive OKRs using market data
• Manage Express Drive rental team and training
• Develop team via regular 1:1s and feedback
• Optimize vehicle lifecycle and reduce downtime
• Own hiring/onboarding for the site
• Ensure site safety, security, and compliance with partners

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years experience managing Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental team
• 3+ years managing hard assets in a fleet management business
• Experience managing vendors and partners
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and switch modes
