📋 Description

• Lead a Fleet Ops team to hit Flexdrive OKRs via data-driven analysis.
• Oversee Express Drive end-to-end rental process and ensure training compliance.
• Manage fleet lifecycle from in-fleeting to maintenance and disposition, reducing downtime.
• Build vendor/partner relationships to optimize vehicle quality and turnaround time.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing retail, customer service, or vehicle rental teams.
• 3+ years managing hard assets in a fleet management business.
• Experience managing vendors and partners.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking ability; loves dashboards, data, and metrics.
