Professional experience in operations, team coordination, workforce management, production, events
Strong organizational and planning skills
Experience with schedules, workforce planning, or team coordination is a plus
A hands-on, proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to make quick decisions and remain effective under pressure
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
