🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success ops/account/program mgmt in healthcare/tech.
• Direct customer engagement; lead meetings; build trust with clients.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts and satisfaction.
• Design and implement scalable ops processes for growth.
• Strong problem-solving; identify root causes; creative solutions.
• Excellent communication; collaborate with senior stakeholders; data-driven.
