📋 Description

• Lead inventory management for accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues; escalate gaps.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment.
• Move on the retail floor to support business, team, and guests.
• Directly oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Partner with Visual Manager on training, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience recruiting and developing store talent.
• Strong business acumen; uses metrics to drive strategies.
• Flexible schedule; able to work peak days and weekends.
