Operations Lead - Brentwood Town Center

📋 Description

• Lead store team to profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work and provide feedback.
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with the GM to close gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support guests and the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership with strong decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience with budgets, expenses, inventory control
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends
• Metrics-driven with strong business acumen
