📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and store operations
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically around the store to support business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year client-centric, sales and operational experience
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Must stand/move for entire shift and navigate all store areas
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
