📋 Description

• Lead and execute key store operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with General Manager and Visual Manager to drive results and feedback.
• Manage inventory processes, including shrink reduction and stockroom controls.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Ensure strong visual and operational standards across the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Directly oversee associates; recruit and develop talent.
