Operations Lead - Fashion Show

📋 Description

• Lead store operations as part of the leadership team to improve profitability.
• Partner with GM and Operations/Visual Manager to delegate work and give feedback.
• Manage shipments, receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor sets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and shrink; drive improvements with data.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support the business, team, and guests.
• Supervise Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Proven leadership with strong decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to give and receive feedback; develop talent.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
