Operations Lead, GTM Systems

📋 Description

• Salesforce admin: object architecture, Flow, permissions, data quality
• Audit tech debt; review field usage and cross-tool dependencies
• Migrate legacy automations to current Salesforce standards
• Design Salesforce UX for Sales/CS with tailored layouts and views
• Sandbox governance; release management and pre-prod testing
• GTM stack ownership: admin of Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, ChurnZero, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Ops or GTM Systems at a B2B SaaS
• Deep Salesforce admin: object architecture, Flow, permissions
• Experience with complex Salesforce work and migrations
• Experience with multi-tool GTM stack: Zapier, Hightouch, Workato
• Systems thinker focusing on data flows and maintainability
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS sales motions and CRM governance
