📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with GM.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor sets, and supply.
• Champion visual standards for the sales floor.
• Lead and develop Operations Associates; recruit and grow talent.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support guests and team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in client-focused retail or sales.
• Proven leadership and sound decision-making.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic; can blend fun with work.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong results orientation and team player.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends.
