Operations Lead, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Schedule and coordinate investor calls, meetings, and briefings, managing calendars across multiple
• Partner with internal teams and on-site staff to plan and execute investor events, visits, and
• Prepare the team and executives for investor conversations and capturing follow-ups afterward
• Own vendor relationships for IR-related services, from sourcing through ongoing management of
• Help the team set agendas and priorities, tracking deliverables and following up to ensure
• Maintain and organize IR records, the investor contact database and interaction history, and shared

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, or events across multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including scope, budget, and performance tracking
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated judgment handling sensitive, confidential, and market-sensitive information with
• Comfort operating autonomously in a newly formed team, including building processes and systems
