📋 Description

• Closely manage and monitor key Neuro COE program metrics, identifying and proactively addressing
• In collaboration with cross-functional (XFN) partners, drive the operational roadmap to execute on
• Independently manage key parts of day-to-day operations related to supporting our providers and
• Scope and manage the execution of key operational initiatives, such as improving the scalability of
• Design and implement scalable operational solutions capable of handling increased volume and
• Analyze complex operational challenges to identify root causes and develop creative, effective

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with digital health operations, management consulting, or related
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior-level client
• Highly organized self-starter who excels in driving clarity amidst ambiguity; ability to prioritize
• Experience building new programs from scratch.
• Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive results with cross-functional
• Facility with data analysis (in Google Sheets, SQL, and Snowflake preferred) and a metrics driven
