• Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency with GM.
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with leadership.
• Manage shipping/receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and transfers.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support guests and business needs.
