• Lead store operations with a focus on profitability and efficiency
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to delegate work and provide feedback
• Move throughout the store to support guests and keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain clean, safe, inviting environment and optimize store performance
• Directly oversee operational tasks on floor and in back of house
• Collaborate to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making
• Directly oversee the Operations Associates; recruitment and development of talent
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Requires constant movement around all areas of store
