🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor staff
Strong business acumen with metrics-driven decision making
Experience in inventory control, receiving/shipment, and floor operations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for long shifts
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
