• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor sets.
• Drive guest experience with strong leadership on the sales floor.
• Oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Flexible shifts, weekends and blackout period
• Experience managing budgets, inventory and vendor relations
