Operations Lead - Santa Monica

📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues with GM to close gaps
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve business needs and guests
• Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making
• Ability to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends
• Availability during the company blackout period (Thanksgiving through early January)
• Job Level: Associate (team player that partners with store leadership)
