📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with GM
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, transfers, and replenishment
• Champion visual standards; move dynamically on the sales floor
• Lead and develop Operations Associates; recruit and train talent
• Collaborate with Visual and Sales leads for cross-functional training

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work variable shifts incl peak days and weekends
• Aligns with ALO guiding principles; strong business acumen
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results
