📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process gaps with the GM.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, and floor replenishment.
• Champion visual standards for the sales floor and maintain brand presentation.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Directly oversee Operations Associates; recruit, develop talent, and coach.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Leadership experience with recruiting, developing, and coaching staff.
• Strong business acumen; use metrics to drive strategies and manage budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling; able to work peak days and weekends, including Blackout period.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams; partner with Visual Manager and leadership; vendor relationships.
