• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues with GM escalation
• Manage shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets
• Enforce strong visual standards and stockroom processes
• Directly supervise Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent
• Lead by example; coach for guest experience and daily operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Align with ALO guiding principles
• Dynamic retail floor mover; flexible shifts
• Available during peak/Blackout period
