📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with the GM as needed.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support the business and guests.
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.
