📋 Description

• Lead store operations; drive profitability and efficiency with the Ops & Visual Manager.
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, transfers and floor replenishment.
• Move on the floor to meet business and guest needs; maintain stockroom standards.
• Oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Collaborate with Visual Lead and Sales/Service Lead for cross-training.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making; motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing shipments, inventory control and budgets.
• Value feedback and are receptive to feedback.
• Able to work flexible shifts including peak days and weekends.
