📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate process gaps with GM.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment.
• Directly supervise Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Partner with Visual Manager to train and execute store ops.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making.
