Operations Lead - Village at Meridian

📋 Description

• Lead store operations to profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Ops & Visual Manager to delegate tasks and coach the team.
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with the General Manager.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and move dynamically on the retail floor.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client-centric, sales experience.
• Proven leadership and strong decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Flexible with shifts, including peak days and weekends.
• Directly supervise Ops Associates, recruiting and developing talent.
• Demonstrates business acumen using metrics to drive strategies.
