📋 Description

• Own end-to-end learning programs for operational teams
• Design, deliver, and improve training materials and delivery
• Align training with standards, policies, and regs
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions for BPO leads
• Develop just-in-time training for process changes
• Collaborate with Ops, QA, Compliance, and Product on content

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in L&D or instructional design in ops
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Experience with Canva or Google Slides
• Strong relationship-building with internal/external stakeholders
• Highly organized with deadline-driven work
• Willingness to travel globally
