Operations & Logistics Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, covering contracts, onboarding, role changes, payroll
• Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and other employee
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes, contractor invoices, employee expenses, and relevant
• Manage business travel arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, itineraries
• Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, venues, suppliers, and on-the-ground logistics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records covering employee information, leave, sick days, travel

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Finance
• Strong experience managing employee lifecycle processes, contracts, documentation, HR
• Hands-on experience with payroll coordination, contractor payments, expense management, and
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and
• Experience coordinating travel, events, offsites, vendors, and broader company logistics.
• Ability to handle confidential employee, payroll, and financial information with professionalism
