🎯 Requirements

2-3 years’ experience in international companies, Big4, or large Ukrainian firms
Experience as business analyst, operations manager, or account manager
Results-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration
Analytical thinking; translate data and ops into practical solutions
Practical experience building/documenting business processes; Google Sheets/Excel
Nice-to-have: Tableau, SQL, and legal/financial docs
