📋 Description

• Own and evolve our operational infrastructure with AI, automation, and smart workflows.
• Lead the application process: screening, interviewing, and applicant comms.
• Manage coordination, communications, and systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver Fellows and speakers a professional experience from intro to thank-you.
• Coordinate with Founder/CEO to provide world-class experiences.
• Design and launch new experimental offerings based on feedback and creativity.

• Meticulously detail-oriented and highly organized; can juggle priorities.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentational.
• Lean, high-ownership environment experience; takes initiative.
• Experience with automation and AI workflows; Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable.
