📋 Description

• Planning and monitoring daily labor needs based on orders and volume
• Creating and implementing standards and metrics for the team
• Managing on-hand inventory to fulfill customer orders
• Enforcing safety policies and warehousing requirements
• Developing teammates through coaching and counseling
• Leading and motivating the team to achieve goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years leadership and performance mgmt experience
• 3 years outbound/order fulfillment operations experience
• Experience with cherry picker, sit-down, reach, turret trucks
• Proven ability to build a high-performance team and engaging work environment
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
