Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of a new clinical site.
• Ensure patient visits follow 100% protocol adherence.
• Establish workflows and day-to-day routines before site ramp-up.
• Take on patient-facing tasks at CRC level as needed.
• Build an operational base for future hires as volume grows.
• Maintain compliance with study protocols and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience overseeing operations across a clinical or business site.
• 5+ years of professional working experience.
• Ability to drive teams while contributing to patient visits.
• Preferred: B.S or B.A from any accredited University.
• Coffee drinkers preferred; Tea drinkers accepted.
