Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Operations Coordinator team across all operations.
• Perform weekly deep-dive analyses of Clinical Operations to highlight trends and actions.
• Triage clinical operations issues and coordinate cross-functional fixes.
• Assist variance analysis of costs and forecasts for weekly reviews.
• Oversee rotas and scheduling to ensure clinical coverage.
• Implement WFM systems and dashboards as markets scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting or high-growth ops; healthcare/telemedicine preferred.
• Proven people management experience leading operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling; manage large datasets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, create structure, and derive insights from data.
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Process-oriented, quick to master new systems, and proactive in improvements.
