🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management (or equivalent).
3–5 years in operations, program management, or team leadership.
Experience driving performance via metrics and accountability.
Cross-functional experience with Quality, Training, Product, or Trust & Safety is a plus.
