Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee planning and logistics of training operations and budgeting.
• Supervise Instructor Supervisors, delivery schedulers, and content staff.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may delay plasma center training.
• Manage creation and maintenance of training materials, resources, and docs.
• Collect and analyze KPIs and feedback; inform improvements.
• Prepare and present KPI reports; lead quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field.
• 15+ years in training delivery ops or program management.
• High proficiency with LMS for curricula and learning object curation.
• Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
