Develop and manage daily ops strategies to keep campus safe and productive.
Support and nurture growth of your direct reports.
Own client operations during your work week, incl. 2nd shift and weekend/donut shifts.
Lead the Individual Performance Management program in your area.
Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives for efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; HS degree or GED required.
Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar; Six Sigma certification a plus.
At least 2 years of progressive operations experience in a managerial role.
Experience leading teams of up to 100 associates.
Proven track record in driving productivity improvements through continuous improvement.
Execution-focused and performance-oriented.
