Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and govern day-to-day operations for the Delhi creative production hub across multiple shifts
• Serve as a key regional point of contact for US Monks leadership and client stakeholders
• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end creative lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, resource
• Build and maintain regional capacity plans, balancing shifting demand against bandwidth, shift
• Manage, mentor, and elevate producers, project managers, and shift leads responsible for individual
• Establish and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all shifts, including handoff

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in creative operations, production management, or program
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-shift creative production hubs and mentoring mid-level
• Strong client-facing communication skills with proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and
• Demonstrated background managing rapid-turn creative formats (digital marketing, web content
• Proven track record of designing, scaling, and maintaining operational processes and QA standards
