Participates in the hiring, training, and overall management of laboratory staff, including
Manages the laboratory's operational budget, controlling expenditures and allocating resources
Ensures the laboratory complies with relevant regulations and accreditation standards
Develops, implements, and revises laboratory policies and procedures
Communicates laboratory performance metrics, challenges, and achievements to senior management
Coordinates activities and ensures effective workflow between different departments

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and
5 to 7 years of relevant analytical laboratory experience, including progressive leadership in team
