Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Work closely with Nursery Manager, crop production team and Maintenance Supervisor to achieve
• Develop and implement a nursery operational work plan to meet the cultural plan as set out by the
• Determine, set and monitor rates and targets of productivity.
• Analyze planned to actual results and make recommendations for sow factor and oversow adjustments.
• Budget nursery operational activities and coordinate material requirements.
• Develop and implement the nursery cultural plan in consultation with nursery staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in nursery operations, with a proven track record of leadership and
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to make sound judgments under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and willingness to learn proprietary inventory management and
• Ability to problem solve and conduct root cause analysis
