📋 Description

  • Attend partner/funding customer meetings.
  • Complete all weekly/monthly reports requested.
  • Manage/Supervise assigned case managers on daily operations and performance.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with staff/leadership.
  • Manage assigned resources for project implementation.
  • Collaborate with Project Director and Accountant on budgeting and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or human services.
  • 2-3 years' experience in TANF programs.
  • 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
