🎯 Requirements

Experience with working in a healthcare setting
Experience with managing staff, particularly large, remote teams
Management experience including performance management of teams and individuals.
Show initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks and to use problem solving skills.
Be able to use good effective communication skills both written and oral within a multidisciplinary
Must display people management skills and the ability to lead a team
