🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in operations, logistics, cold storage (preferred), or similar production environments
• Proven experience managing labor, scheduling, and shift-based teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to track, interpret, and report on operational KPIs
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
