Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 200+ associates and 4+ managers.
• Communicate and enforce policies; ensure compliance and consistency.
• Create and manage recognition programs to boost morale.
• Implement safety programs; ensure OSHA-compliant workplaces.
• Establish procedures for security and inventory loss prevention.
• Be a key Operations team member in one of our largest fulfillment centers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years leading a team of 4+ salaried staff.
• Lift up to 49 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Physically able to push, pull, squat, bend, reach.
• Able to stand/walk 10-12 hours.
• Comfortable in environments with varying noise levels.
