• Oversee and manage complex projects from inception to completion, on time, on budget, high quality.
• Complete weekly/monthly reports; supervise staff on daily operations.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve objectives and milestones.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or human services, or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 3 years' experience in TANF programs.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to customer focused service delivery systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong management and organizational skills.
• Driving position; valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
