Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle for trading and investment activity across multiple
• Maintain a systematic reconciliation framework between front office trading activity and back
• Help maintain and improve portfolio management systems (PMS), operational tooling, and reporting
• Support PnL attribution, exposure tracking, and risk limit monitoring across portfolios and
• Lead and support transaction execution and movement of funds across brokerage accounts, exchanges
• Assist with digital asset wallet management processes, including address generation, whitelisting

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in middle office, back office, or trading operations at a hedge fund, asset
• Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle across traditional and/or digital asset markets
• Experience reconciling positions, cash balances, and transaction activity across multiple
• Familiarity with equities, derivatives, digital assets, and treasury operations preferred
• Experience processing crypto transactions both on-exchange and onchain, including familiarity with
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage
