Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support the Country Director in overseeing operational functions within CBSG and across intragroup
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, SLA frameworks, and risk management
• Establish and maintain supervision frameworks across CBSG's trading, staking, and custody
• Build and maintain robust operational resilience frameworks, including risk identification
• Coordinate operational incident responses, facilitating timely communication with internal
• Partner with cross-functional teams — including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security —

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations strategy
• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Experience within a MAS-regulated capital markets dealer
• Focus on trade supervision across crypto, equities, or derivatives
• Prior experience serving as senior management, director, or an approved representative of a
• Demonstrated ability to develop and improve operational processes to drive efficiency at scale
