Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for Butternut's operational performance in Benelux.
• Set up and manage day-to-day ops with regional 3PLs (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Oversee last-mile delivery performance to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Implement and optimise KPIs, including OTIF and delivery experience.
• Coordinate logistics for inbound goods from the UK and Poland (import & customs).
• Forecast volumes for box packing and courier collections; maintain stock at hubs.

• Deep logistics and 3PL management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong relationship builder with 3PL partners.
• Proactive problem solver; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Data-driven and highly organised; interpret metrics to guide decisions.
• Mandatory: Dutch and English fluency; French a plus.
