• Lead and develop a team of Title Administration Specialists, setting clear performance expectations
• Oversee lien perfection and title management operations, including aging and unresolved title
• Use operational data and performance trends to identify root causes, prioritize opportunities, and
• Strengthen operational controls and workflows to support consistent execution of state-specific
• Partner across Operations, Compliance, Product, Analytics, Workforce Management, and Training to
• Use Generative AI and other available tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation
