📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process gaps
• Lead and coach the Operations team to standards and communication
• Align labor planning, scheduling, and store flow with KPIs
• Ensure the store is customer-ready and maintains a safe, inviting space
• Represent the store leadership in meetings and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong inventory management and labor scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends
