📋 Description

• Oversee key store operations and processes
• Manage inventory, labor planning and scheduling
• Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
• Lead and coach the Operations team
• Monitor metrics and inform planning and budgets
• Maintain a safe, clean, inviting store

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks
• Navigate organization with business needs and brand culture
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
