Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture across cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of experience in an operations management role.
CDD/AML expertise in gambling or financial services, or relevant qualifications.
Ability to motivate, coach, and influence teams.
Data-driven decision making.
Fluent in English.
Desirable: experience managing multi-site or international operations.
